Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and self motivated Franchise Caterer for our busy golf club. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong background in catering and food services as a self employed franchisee. As our caterer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences on a day to day basis and at our many and varied events including club social events and external bookings for weddings, wakes, anniversaries and parties for up to 120 people, ensuring that all food safety standards are met while providing outstanding guest services.

Responsibilities

To deliver an outstanding culinary service to our members and guests both on a day to day basis and at our many and varied events. To operate as a fully independent self employed franchise business with support from the club as required.

Previous experience as a franchise caterer is essential, with a strong understanding of hospitality practices. Relevant qualifications in food preparation is essential. Formal qualifications in food safety regulations and best practices in handling food to a minimum of Level 4 is essential as is experience of working within the needs of the local authorities EHO. Skill and experience of developing, costing and implementing new and interesting menus using locally sourced produce would be an advantage. Experience of operating as a franchise caterer within a golf club environment who be preferred but applicants with experience in other related environments would also be considered. The club has major development plans and this opportunity represents part of those plans. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate, not only exceptional culinary skills but also strong business acumen, including the hiring and managing of staff.

Pay: 45,000.00-60,000.00 per year
