We are a fast-growing accountancy firm in North Essex, looking for an experienced and motivated

Freelance Accountant

to join our small, friendly team. This role offers consistent work

one day per week

, with flexibility to work remotely. The opportunity to undertake more hours may be available. Local candidates who can occasionally attend our office near Clacton-on-Sea are preferred, but strong remote applicants across the UK will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review accounts and tax computations for Ltd Companies and Sole Traders

About You

AAT qualified (or equivalent) At least 5 years' experience in an accountancy practice (required) Confident using accounting software (knowledge of multiple platforms is a plus) Able to manage your own workload and work independently
