Responsibilities

Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. Engage with clients to assess their hair care requirements and recommend suitable services or products. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming salon environment. Perform front desk duties as required, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and ensure satisfaction with services rendered.

Qualifications

Valid hairdressing qualification or certification from an accredited institution. Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable. Knowledge of barbering techniques is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating leadership skills when mentoring others. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Pay: 24,420.00-50,611.92 per year
