Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various projects by performing a range of physical tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Duties

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently. Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly. Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions diligently. A valid driver's licence is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of health and safety regulations is beneficial.
