Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate LASH TECH / SPMU therapist / facials / TATTOO ARTIST to join our dynamic team.

The ROLE is SELF EMPLOYED.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage appointments effectively while also being proactive in upselling additional services.

Duties

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on eyelash care. Manage appointment bookings and client records at the front desk, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Upsell additional services such as deep tissue massages or makeup application to enhance client satisfaction. Engage in social media management to promote services and showcase client transformations. Deliver outstanding guest services, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Experience and prior training Strong background in guest services within a hospitality or beauty environment is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in upselling beauty services if possible Proficient in social media management to help promote the business effectively. A passion for beauty and aesthetics, with an eye for detail and creativity.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: 12.21-39.03 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
