We are seeking a skilled and reliable Locksmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lock installation, repair, and maintenance, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Locksmith will be responsible for ensuring the security of residential and commercial properties by effectively managing lock systems and providing timely assistance to clients in need.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain various types of locks and locking mechanisms for residential and commercial properties. Respond promptly to emergency calls for lockouts or security breaches. Assess security needs and recommend appropriate locking solutions to clients. Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory of locks and keys. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Stay updated on the latest locksmithing techniques, tools, and industry standards.

Experience

Proven experience as a Locksmith or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of various locking systems, including electronic locks, deadbolts, and padlocks. Familiarity with tools used in locksmithing. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. A valid driving licence for travelling to client locations.
