THE SPACE: Large private rooms available downstairs. Open-plan areas with hireable stations. Modern, luxury, clean, curated interior. Basic furniture available on request -- just bring your tools and your talent!

THE DETAILS: You're self-employed and pay monthly rent to hire your station. You'll need to be fully insured, self-employed registered, and qualified
