Responsibilities

Assess clients' financial situations to determine suitable mortgage products. Provide expert advice on various mortgage options, including fixed-rate, variable-rate. Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, lending policies, and regulatory changes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, new build developers and lenders. Conduct follow-ups with clients throughout the mortgage process to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Utilise basic math skills to calculate loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment schedules accurately.

Requirements

Proven experience in financial services. Strong understanding of mortgage products and the home-buying process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. Basic math skills for accurate calculations related to mortgages. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple client cases effectively.
