Self Employed Mortgage Broker
Job Description
Role Description:
- 4 to 5 leads will be provided per month to help grow your business
- Meet with clients to discuss their mortgage needs and financial goals
- Support in becoming a broker, knowledge around criteria and appointment processes
- Evaluate loan options and present them to clients, explaining the terms and conditions
- Assist clients in completing Mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation
- Work closely with lenders to secure the best mortgage rates and terms for clients
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and lending guidelines
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the mortgage process
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and lenders
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately analyse financial information
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with mortgage industry regulations and guidelines
- MUST HAVE RELEVANT MORTGAGE QUALIFICATIONS CEMAP OR CF
