We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery.

Parcel delivery work - 6 days a week (additional days off by agreement). Work usually starts around 10 a.m. and lasts about 8 hours, plus a 30-minute lunch break.

Work is on a self-employed basis.
If you don't have your own van, you will need to rent one (the company will help organize this).
All parcels at the depot are already packed into bags -- you only load the bags, not individual large parcels, into the van (this usually takes about 10 minutes). All parcels are organized in the order you will deliver them.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload parcels. Deliver products to designated locations in a timely manner, maintaining an organised delivery schedule. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the delivery vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

Skills

Strong driving skills with a valid driving licence suitable for the vehicle type. Ability to manage physical demands of the job. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
