1. Mission

To deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient general maintenance and property improvement works across void properties in the Chelmsford/Southend areas. The Multi-Trader will ensure all works are completed to an exceptional standard, maintaining tenant safety & trust

Consistently completes scheduled jobs within agreed timescales and budgets. Communicates any delays, material needs, or unforeseen issues to the Director.

Demonstrates politeness, respect, and professionalism with clients at all times. Maintains company reputation for trustworthiness and quality workmanship.

D. Technical Competence

Carries out works to a high standard in the following areas: General multi trade works Kitchen & Bathroom installations Basic plumbing Carpentry Painting & Decorating Floor laying

E. Collaboration & Reporting

Works effectively on own initiative and as part of a small, close-knit team. Accurately records all work details, including materials used, time on site, and outcomes. Reports progress and issues directly to the Director in a timely and clear manner.

4. Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

Proven experience as a multi-trader, maintenance operative, or similar role. Experience installing extraction fans and general maintenance repairs. Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, plastering, and decorating. Full UK driving licence & own van Right to work in the UK. Valid CSCS card or other relevant trade certifications.
