Facilitate Group

is a property maintenance & construction company based in South Wales. We are looking for

Self Employed Painter/Decorators

to supplement our in house team of skilled and dedicated tradespeople to assist on projects throughout West & South Wales.

We have a healthy order book of projects spanning retail store refurbishments and fit outs, insurance repair work, customer care repair services, domestic refurbishment works and commercial works.

Pay:

18.00-21.00 per hour

Location:

Wales & England

Our projects require a high standard of detail and finish and so the successful applicants will carry out all tasks to the highest standards and take pride in their work.

Essential Skills & experience required :-

NVQ level 2/3 in painting & decorating; CSCS Card; Own vehicle; Own tools; High standards of workmanship & finish; Reliable & punctual; Able to communicate effectively with project supervisors & site managers.
