We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Self Employed Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Self Employed Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing fitness programs for clients, providing them with guidance and support to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Duties:
- Conducting one-on-one personal training sessions with clients
- Leading group fitness classes
- Providing sports coaching to clients
- Designing individualized fitness programs based on client goals and needs
- Demonstrating proper exercise techniques and ensuring clients are using equipment correctly
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting programs as needed
Requirements:
- Certification in personal training or related field
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate clients
- Experience working with a variety of clients, including those with injuries or medical conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
