WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Self-employed status + insurance Your own tools, products & professional setup To be qualified, committed, and ready to grow To have an existing client base and experience

THE PRICES:

Ground Floor/ Open Plan Spaces 40 per day (500 full time exclusive hire)

Basement/Private 1-1 Rooms 45 per day (600 full time exclusive hire)

Walk in/studio referral commission scheme - 5 booking fee for first time visit, only if booked directly through us.
