Self Employed Plumber
Job Description
We are looking for a self employed plumbing engineer for an immediate start on a short term contract until December 2025.
The individual must possess the following experience and attributes.
- Minimum NVQ Level 2
-Be up to date with current water regulations
- Minimum 5 Years experience
- Fully competent and have an understanding of plumbing and heating on new build installations
- Own tools including power tools
- Reliable
- Able to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- CSCS card holder
The job role will involve a wide range of plumbing tasks such as:
1st and 2nd fix plumbing including sanitaryware, soil and vent pipework installation
Working with copper pipes up to 54mm
Installing unvented hot water cylinders
Installing mains water manifolds
You will be based at our site in Birmingham B19 area.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri from 7.30am-4pm
Hourly rate: 25 per hour
We are a construction company based primarily in Birmingham, and our roots are from a M&E background. We will be looking to hold interviews within the next few week with candidates, and if you are successful we would be looking for an immediate start or as soon as available.
