Self Employed Pre Plaster Joiner (price Work)
Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced, hardworking Pre-Plaster (1st fix) Joiner to join our team for ongoing residential development near Musselburgh. We have a consistent pipeline of work and are looking for a reliable sub-contractor who takes pride in the speed and quality of their work.
Price Work - earn based on your productivity. We offer competitive, transparent rates per item per plot.
Immediate start - work available for the right candidate starting immediately.
Consistency - long-term project pipeline to keep you busy year-round.
Weekly pay - prompt payment terms for completed and signed off work.
Key responsibilities:
dwanging for ceilings, kitchen units and plumber
fitting stairs
planking and sheeting party walls
wooling external walls
fitting external doors
installing chipboard flooring
ensuring all work is completed to high / NHBC standard and ready for plastering
strict adherence to site health and safety regulations
Requirements:
experience - proven track record in 1st fix / pre-plaster joinery
CSCS card - valid blue or gold card preferred
tools and transport - must have own full kit of tools and reliable transport
status - must be registered as self employed with a valid UTR number (CIS registered)
