Summary

We are currently seeking a Driver to join our dedicated team at Canterbury Taxis Ltd. As a Driver, you will play a vital role in providing safe and timely transportation for our clients in the local community and at airports. Your commitment to customer service will help us maintain our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

Safely operate vehicles to transport passengers to their destinations. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle at all times. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding safety. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring passengers feel comfortable during their journey. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding pick-up and drop-off locations. Assist passengers with luggage as needed, ensuring a smooth travel experience. Keep accurate records of journeys inside the driver app completed and comment any incidents that may occur inside each job.

Requirements

Valid driving license with a clean driving record. Experience in commercial driving or as a taxi driver preferred. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Ability to maintain vehicles in good condition and perform basic maintenance checks. Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: 100.00-150.00 per day

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
