The successful candidate will be responsible for creating customised tattoo designs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients. Responsibilities

Design and execute customised tattoos in accordance with clients' specifications and preferences Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards throughout all procedures Consult with clients to understand their ideas, offer advice, and ensure their expectations are met Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery Promote studio services through social media management to attract new clients and retain existing ones Provide excellent customer service, creating a comfortable environment for clients during their visit Handle front desk duties such as booking appointments, processing payments, and managing client records Assist in studio organisation and management tasks as required, including stock control and cleanliness

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Tattoo Artist with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styles and techniques Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members Knowledge of management principles to support studio operations and client relations Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest services and hospitality Additional skills such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, barbering, or massage therapy are considered advantageous Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining professionalism Organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments simultaneously
