Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Taxi Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to navigate efficiently. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and promptly while ensuring their comfort during the journey.

Responsibilities

Safely transport passengers to their destinations in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and well-presented vehicle at all times. Assist passengers with heavy luggage or any mobility issues as required. Communicate effectively with passengers to ensure a pleasant experience. Follow all traffic laws and regulations while adhering to company policies. Conduct routine maintenance checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working order. Keep accurate records of trips, fares, and any incidents that may occur during transportation.

Experience

Previous experience as a taxi driver or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. A valid driving licence and a valid Arun District taxi license is essential. Experience as a delivery driver is advantageous, particularly in navigating urban environments. Strong communication skills are required for interacting with diverse passengers. Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues is beneficial. Experience with heavy lifting will be an asset when assisting passengers with their belongings.
