Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial driving and delivery, with the ability to operate various types of vehicles. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency while delivering.
Duties
Ensuring compliance with all road safety regulations. Perform deliveries in a timely manner while. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all trips. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and customer service.
Requirements
Valid UK driving licence. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively. Ability to work flexible hours as required by the job demands.
