Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements. Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and travel itineraries. Book flights, hotels, and other travel services while ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and industry developments. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and provide necessary documentation for clients.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a travel consultant. Strong communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with clients. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software. A passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable experiences. Knowledge of different cultures and languages is an advantage but not essential.
