We're looking for a select few driven individuals to join us as MRE. Experts -- self-employed partners ready to take control of their future, backed by one of the most established names in Welsh property.

Your Role

As an MRE. Expert, you will:

Win your own listings through your network, area knowledge and prospecting
Co-list with us on selected properties where we provide leads and infrastructure
Manage the full property journey: valuations, listings, viewings, offers, sales progression (with team support)
Attend weekly team meetings, 1:1s, and live training with Jonathan Morgan
Record videos, walkthroughs, and reels (you'll get access to our media and content team)
Become known as the go-to name in your patch, powered by MRE.
