The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and capable of working effectively in a team environment. Previous experience is not essential but is considered advantageous. Duties

Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and storage Supporting the setup and dismantling of equipment and work areas Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work site to promote safety and efficiency Moving supplies, tools, and materials as directed by supervisors Assisting tradespeople with tasks such as mixing, lifting, or positioning materials Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during daily operations Reporting any hazards or safety concerns immediately to management

Skills

Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar environments is advantageous but not essential
