As part of our continued growth, we are expanding into the self-storage sector and are seeking a driven, versatile professional to help establish and manage this new division.

Role Description

We are seeking a Self-Storage Manager to oversee the setup and day-to-day operations of multiple self-storage sites. This hands-on role combines elements of market research, tendering, building management, marketing, and operational management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Conducting market research to identify target areas and customer segments. Assisting with the setup, build, and launch of new self-storage sites. Overseeing marketing and sales initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue. Managing the day-to-day operations of each site, including customer service, administration, and facility maintenance. Handling billing and record-keeping. Performing general office administration, event organisation, and documentation tasks.
This is a varied position that involves

both

office-based work and on-site management at building locations.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven administrative and organisational ability. Knowledge of commercial buildings and storage sectors Capacity to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:

Experience in property management, construction, or facility operations. Understanding of sales and marketing in a property or service environment. Practical knowledge of site management, maintenance coordination, or refurbishment projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Additional Information

This role may require travel between multiple locations, so a valid driver's license is required. The position involves both strategic and hands-on work. The role is ideally suited to candidates seeking a self-employed arrangement, though other options may be considered.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
