We're looking for reliable, detail-focused

self-employed cleaners

to help maintain our portfolio of beautiful holiday apartments and houses across Ayrshire.

We are looking for housekeepers who will exceed our expectations, ensuring that all properties are cleaned to our high standards. We pride ourselves in providing the highest standards to our guests. Our aim is for every guest to experience more.

The Role

What you'll be responsible for:

Cleaning high-quality

holiday lets, apartments and houses

Preparing properties for guest arrivals Changing and handling

linen

(provided) Checking properties for any issues or maintenance needs Ensuring each property meets our high presentation standards

What We're Looking For:

Passion for Precision:

Attention to detail, excellent time management, and organisational skills are pivotal for success in this role.

Essential Requirements:

Self-employed status, A full UK driving license, access to your own vehicle, and availability from 10am to 3pm for seamless changeovers.

Tech-Savvy:

Utilise your smartphone or tablet for administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.

Physical Aptitude:

Handling equipment and linen bags will be part of the role, so physical capability is required.

Language Skills:

Fluency in English is necessary for effective communication.

Legally Eligible:

Authorised to work in the UK.
Note: Required to collect linen and supplies from our central office in Ayr.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with health and safety standards, including knowledge of cleaning chemicals (COSHH Aware).
