Location Law Ltd is a progressive consultant conveyancing firm working in partnership with leading panel managers and referral partners. We handle a steady flow of residential property transactions across England and Wales, including freehold, leasehold, remortgage, and transfer of equity matters.

We're expanding our consultant team and seeking experienced conveyancers or solicitors who can deliver high-quality client service while working remotely and flexibly.

You must have:

1. At least four years of conveyancing experience for the role

2. The ability to use your own initiative and take the lead on matters

3. The ability to deliver a high level of customer service with good attention to detail

The successful candidate will be expected to;

- Confidently progress both sale and purchase freehold and leasehold matters from instruction to completion in their own name.

-You must be able to confidently carry out the firms ID/AML check procedures including source of funds checks

- Keep clients, agents , brokers etc. routinely updated

- respond to emails in a timely manner

- Email the other side back in timely manner

- Raise legal enquiries on purchase matters

- Answer legal enquiries on sale matters

-Deal with both freehold and leasehold matters (sales and purchases)

- Deal with BSA 2022 requirements on high rise flats

-Deal with lender conditions

-Draw down funds/obtain redemption statements

-Liaise with all parties throughout the transaction

-Manage a varied caseload

-Recognise red flags

-Maintain files in good order and in compliance with regulatory requirements

-Prepare draft sale packs

-Order searches

-Draft Reports on title on purchase matters

-Deal with post completion matters and requisitions

- Drafting completion statements

-Order management packs and correspond with management companies

-Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive.

-Valid practising certificate and no active regulatory conditions.

-Ability to manage workload independently while maintaining service standards.

-Must be UK-based and able to work under English property law.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 20.00 per hour
