About Us
We are a small but ambitious construction company, specialising in (Domestic
and
Commercial Extensions), refurbishments, loft conversions, dormers, and full project builds. With our in-house architectural partnership and growing client base, we manage up to 10 projects at once and provide continuous work for the right tradespeople.
The Role
We are seeking experienced, 10/10 multi-skilled Joiner/General Builders and Tradespeople who can deliver high-quality workmanship at speed.
You will:
Build and manage structures from groundworks through to finish, working
directly from architectural & structural engineering drawings without supervision.*
Deliver both 1st and 2nd fix joinery (external and internal) to a high standard.
Work independently or as part of a team, liaising with our in-house architect and site managers.
Demonstrate knowledge of Building Control legislation and compliance.
Contribute across multiple trades (preferred) - e.g., plastering, plumbing, roofing.
Maintain excellent client communication and customer service.
This role offers a career pathway into site and senior management, with progression linked to performance, responsibility, and leadership ability.
Skills & Experience Required - (multi-trade experience can vary - self-assessment will be requested)
Strong track record in domestic extensions, loft conversions, and refurbishments.
Joinery expertise across 1st and 2nd fix.
Multi-trade skills are highly desirable (roofing, plastering, plumbing, etc.).
Skilled Brick Laying/Stone Masonry
Ability to work from plans and specifications independently.
Excellent client-facing communication skills.
Own vehicle and tools.
Must hold a UK Driving Licence.
References or portfolio/evidence of completed works required.

Working Week: 4 or 5 days as standard, up to 6 days available in busy periods.
Incentives: Bonus & performance schemes.
Opportunities: Quoting new works with commission available (terms TBD).
Progression: Scope to move into senior management roles while remaining hands-on.
Trial Period: Paid trial period tailored to individual circumstances.
Assessment: Candidates will complete a simple 0-10 self-assessment after an initial telephone interview.

Pay: 185 plus per day (uncapped)
Leads on-site operations and management.
Acts as key liaison between site and management team (CCS).
Manages teams, oversees projects, and contributes strategically.
- Black Hi-Vis Jacket Standard (Senior Operative / Specialist)
Pay: 170 - 185 per day (capped)
Senior site operative or specialist.
Independently manages teams of Blue Jackets.
Confident in liaising with clients, management, and other professionals.
-Blue Hi-Vis Jacket (Skilled Worker)
Pay: 135 - 155 per day (CIS/MNTH)
Skilled worker status.
