Self-Employed On-Call Care Specialist

At Your Care, we believe good care takes time. Since 2014, we've offered a slower, more personal approach to supporting people at home. Our regular team of Care Specialists are dedicated professionals who rarely need time off. But when life happens, we need someone dependable to step in and keep that same level of care going. That's where you come in.

What the Role Involves

As an On-Call Care Specialist, you'll be the reassuring support for our clients and team when:

Covering staff sickness, holidays, or short-notice absences Supporting new clients who need urgent care while we find them a regular carer Ensuring continuity of high-quality, one-to-one care in people's homes All visits are a minimum of one hour and take place across East Bristol, covering areas between Downend and Keynsham. You'll be on standby and ready to respond if needed, providing the same reliable, compassionate care our clients trust.

Hours and Pay

Monday to Thursday (5pm-10pm): 30 per evening plus 18 per hour for any callouts Friday 5pm to Sunday 10pm: 150 per weekend plus 18 per hour for any callouts You'll need to be reachable by phone and available to cover last-minute requests during your scheduled on-call periods.
