social housing maintenance

What You'll Do

You'll use your trade expertise to carry out a range of maintenance and repair works, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard.

Typical work includes:

Plumbing:

Installations, repairs, and maintenance of domestic plumbing systems.

Carpentry & Construction:

Skilled use of hand and power tools to complete general building and carpentry tasks.

Electrical Safety:

Carry out make-safe works until a qualified electrician can attend.

Locks & Security:

Install, repair, and replace locks and fittings.

Damp & Mould Treatments:

Identify and treat issues to improve living conditions.

Health & Safety:

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a

subcontractor

or tradesperson in the construction or property maintenance industry. Proficiency in one or more trades (e.g.

plumbing, carpentry, electrical, decorating, damp & mould

). Ability to work

independently and professionally

on occupied and void properties. Excellent

problem-solving

and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

Own van and tools

(essential).

CIS registered

(essential). Relevant

trade qualifications or certifications

(preferred). Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive approach to getting the job done.
