Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial vehicles, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and regulations. Perform deliveries and pickups as scheduled, maintaining timely service. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure mechanical soundness. Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

Own and operate a medium-to-large size van/car. Valid insurance (Goods in Transit, Public Liability). Valid UK/EU Driving Licence. Excellent work ethic and customer focus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues. Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred but not essential. Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
