Learning Support Assistant
to work in a specialist boys' SEMH provision in Havant. This is a full-time, long-term position that requires energy, commitment, and a strong understanding of how to support students with complex needs and challenging behaviour.The school supports KS3 and KS4 students who are not thriving in mainstream education. You will play a key role in helping students re-engage with learning and build the tools they need to succeed.
The right person will:
Have experience supporting young people with SEMH or behavioural needs Be confident working in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment Be committed to building positive relationships and helping young people regulate emotions
Essential requirements:
DBS on the update service Up-to-date safeguarding training * Full-time availability
