We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistant with a specialism or interest in supporting pupils with high levels of social and emotional health needs.
The successful candidate will:
Understands the needs of pupils with social emotional health conditions
Understand the importance of positive relationships and be able to contribute to a classroom and team culture of respect and understanding
Understand that behaviour always communicates a meaning and be able to take a proactive, therapeutic approach to positive behaviour management
Be a creative thinker who is able to create learning opportunities that inspire and celebrate learning
Champion children with SEMH needs and be relentless in a pursuit of excellence for all
Be relentlessly positive, optimistic and passionate about making a difference in a rewarding job that changes the lives of children
