Location: Romford
Start Date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver tailored educational programs for KS2-KS4 children and young people with needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health, Autism and ADHD.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Implement strategies to support studentsxe2x80x99 social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members.
  • Monitor and assess studentsxe2x80x99 progress, providing regular feedback and reports.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Strong understanding of strategies and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student well-being.
