You'll help them find their voice and build the confidence to take their next steps through daily interventions like journaling, reflection, and quiet regulation strategies.

What You'll Need
Experience with children or young people with SEMH, trauma, or behavioural needs
A warm, calm, and grounded approach
The ability to build trust while maintaining clear professional boundaries
A relevant Degree, Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification
A willingness to learn therapeutic strategies and embed them in daily routines
Resilience, creativity, and a good sense of humour
