Are you a Semi Senior Accountant looking for your next opportunity?

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Semi Senior Accountant to join our collaborative and supportive team based in Euston.

We are a small Chartered Accountancy established in 1977, currently with 3 partners looking after our own areas of specialism across a broad portfolio of clients and a wide sector of industries based in London, the UK and overseas including sole traders, Partnerships, LLP's and Limited Companies.

All of our partners have developed their career with Anthonisz Neville and we pride ourselves on the personal development of our teams. This is a full time maternity position based in our London office, with flexibility for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for the following:

The preparation of statutory accounts, Limited companies, sole traders, charities and partnerships. The preparation and evaluation of monthly or quarterly management accounts. The preparation, reconciliation and submission of client VAT returns to HMRC, including liaising with the client to provide the required information. Undertaking book keeping on behalf of clients. Preparation of corporation tax returns including tax computations. Offer day to day advice and guidance to clients on any VAT, payroll or accounting issues. Reviewing all types of accounts prepared by other team members. Quarterly and monthly meeting with clients to review management accounts. Work closely with the partners.

You will already be

ACA/ACCA part qualified/finalist with a min 3 years' experience gained within a private practice. Able to build a strong rapport with clients managing expectations both internally and externally, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under your own initiative whilst still producing high quality work. You will bring with you excellent communication skills with a 'can do' attitude and a commercial business acumen.

Experience of using Iris, Sage, Xero and Microsoft Office is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
