We're looking for a
Semi-Senior Accountant
to join our growing team atParkins Chartered Accountants
in Rotherham. You'll work with a varied portfolio of clients, supporting them with compliance, accounts, tax, and advisory work, while continuing your own professional development.What you'll be doing:
Preparing year-end accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships Preparing VAT returns and management accounts Assisting with personal and corporate tax returns Liaising with clients and building strong relationships Supporting junior staff and working closely with managers and partners
What we're looking for:
At least 2 years' experience in an accountancy practice Good working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) A proactive, organised approach and great attention to detail Strong communication and client service skills
