Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled / Semi Skilled Multi Trade professional to join our team. This role requires a versatile individual who can perform various maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

This site is a full refurbishment of a house and extension, for the right candidate the ability to stay on with us on other local projects.

Responsibilities

Carry out maintenance and repair tasks in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building works. Assist in the installation of fixtures and fittings as required. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Requirements

Previous experience in a multi-trade role or relevant trade qualifications are advantageous. Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, or other related skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing demands of the job.

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: 140.00-160.00 per day
