Job Description
Nexus Resource Solutions are working with a well-established fabrication and pipe work company who require Semi-Skilled Operatives to work in their workshop with some potential site work. This will be between 3-6 months, possibly longer. There's also opportunities for permanent positions too.
We're looking for candidates who have worked in a fabrication or industrial setting. You'll be cutting pipe on various machines, it's a matter of setting and operating and measuring. Also using hand tools to grind, drill and prep pipe and plate.
Requirements:
Operatives should ideally have previous experience using grinding equipment Experience using band saws, bevelling machines would be advantageous Labouring on site and assisting tradesmen Flexible, hardworking and reliable Previous engineering or fabrication experience essential
Rates/Hours:
18ph basic CIS
25ph after 8hrs CIS
14ph PAYE
OT1 is x1.4
LTD/CIS/UMB
39hr week
There should be overtime available
3-6 months+
