We are looking for a Semi-Skilled Building Labourer to join our growing team within the property maintenance sector. Based in Pembrokeshire, you'll be working on building repairs, maintenance, and property extensions. This role is key in supporting our projects across the county, helping deliver a high-quality and reliable service to local clients.
Core Responsibilities:
Carry out a range of skilled labourer tasks as directed.
Assist with maintenance and repair works across properties.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
Follow company policies, health & safety procedures, and industry best practice.
Provide a professional and reliable service to clients.
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
Previous experience in skilled labour or a related trade., although training can be provided for the appropriate candidate.
Strong practical and problem-solving skills.
A valid driving licence (Own transport is highly advantageous).
Good communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team.
A strong commitment to safety practices.
A polite demeanour
