Successful London Damp Proofing Company, winner of the Property Care Association Contractor of Year 2012 & 2019 is looking to recruit a full-time Assistant Supervisor.
RLH Developments has been established for over forty years. We are contractors operating in London and the South East providing expert restoration services ranging from structural repairs, damp proofing, rot treatments through to plastering and associated building works.
THE ROLE:
The role is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, commensurate with skills and previous experience. Company van & pension included within package.
KEY SKILLS &
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in a similar role
Good communication skills at all levels both verbal & written
Computer literate
help issue specifications to operatives, ensure properties are ready before commencement of works
Help manage the works and liaise with clients as necessary
Liaise with Health & Safety for PPE issue, vehicle checks and adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
CSCS, SMSTS, PASMA, UKATA Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Height qualifications preferred or willing to undergo training
Daily communication, reporting to Contracts Manager to ensure they are aware of current issues and or areas of concern
To assist the Contracts Manager with any additional ad-hoc operative related work that may need attention to ensure the smooth running of jobs
Able to undertake tasks lifting, carrying, moving materials, assisting trades people and maintaining a clean and organised work area
Transport materials, equipment or personnel to and from job sites and potentially making deliveries or collections
A practical working knowledge of ancillary general building trades
Conscientious and tidy
Confident with London driving
Full UK Driving License
SALARY:
28,000.00
