Semi Skilled Labourer/driver
Job Description
RELM Group Ltd is a well-established construction company based in North Wales. We specialise in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance and repair works, including fire compliance. Our client base includes local councils, housing associations and other organisations, with the majority of our work carried out across North Wales.

We are seeking a motivated and hard-working individual to join our operations team as a Semi-Skilled Labourer/Driver.
A DBS Check will be required due to the nature of our works.
Please note that this can be either an employed or subcontractor role - this can be discussed further with the hiring team at the interview stage.
Responsibilities:
Assist our trades in carrying out a variety of works Transport equipment and materials to sites Load and unload materials from vehicles Assist with general yard duties and basic maintenance tasks as required
(Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and you may be required to carry out other tasks).
Skills:
Valid UK driver's license (required) CSCS Card (preferred) Experience in groundworks and internal/external refurbishment works (beneficial) Training in Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Height and COSHH Awareness is preferred, but if you do not have this, training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
