About the role:
This role is based at our Trowbridge campus, where you'll teach a class of up to 8 pupils following an EYFS curriculum and PPA cover within an upper KS2 semi formal pathway on the other day
These pupils have diverse and complex needs including Autism, sensory needs, and communication difficulties.
You'll plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop emotional regulation, social interaction, and confidence in a nurturing and structured environment.
You'll be part of a close-knit team of 15 dedicated SEN teachers who offer a friendly and collaborative teaching culture.
You'll use and share adaptive teaching techniques to meet an EYFS and Semi-Formal curriculum working on developing social skills, interactions and emotional regulation through a range of activities using a variety of teaching methods.
