SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant

*** 1:1 support for a child with ASD
The Role
You'll work one-to-one with a pupil diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, helping them navigate the school day, engage with lessons, and build social confidence. Your role will involve adapting learning materials, managing emotional regulation, and working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver consistent support.
The Candidate
You're a graduate with a patient, calm and thoughtful approach to working with children. A background in psychology, education or SEN is ideal-but any relevant experience with autism, even informal, is valuable. You'll need to show initiative, clear communication skills, and a genuine desire to make an impact.
