At SENse Support, we empower the exceptional.

Our work is grounded in our EMPOWER Framework - Empathy, Mindful Communication, Professionalism, Ownership, Wellbeing, Empowerment, and Respect.
This ethos shapes everything we do: from the way we teach, to the way we support, reflect, and treat one another. We believe thatlow arousal never means low challenge - our students deserve safety, structure, and high expectations delivered with kindness and consistency.

As an LSA, you'll help create a calm, safe, and inclusive environment where every student feels seen, valued, and capable of success.
