Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled

SEN Teaching Assistant

to provide

1:1 support for a child with complex needs

in a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in

Worthing

. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with a child who requires tailored support to thrive in their learning environment.

About the Role:

1:1 support

for a child with complex needs (including communication and sensory challenges) Collaborate with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to implement a personalised learning plan Use a range of strategies and resources to support the child's academic, social, and emotional development Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to the team and parents

? We're Looking For:

Proven experience working with children with

complex SEN needs

(e.g., ASD, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties) A calm, patient, and nurturing approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A commitment to inclusion and supporting every child to reach their potential Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEN training) are desirable
