Tasks
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Support the emotional, social, and educational development of students with SEN and vulnerable backgrounds
Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals to create personalised learning plans
Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
Support students with additional needs, including SEN.
Stay current with educational best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
Hold Qualified Teacher Status Experience in teaching mathematics (KS3-KS5 ideal). Background in SEN education is a strong advantage. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Willingness to lead initiatives and mentor peers. Ability to integrate technology and cross-curricular themes. * QTS Preferred | SEN Experience Desirable
