Career Teachers Leeds are looking for enthusiastic and caring SEN Teaching Assistants (TA\'s) to join our team and help support with both day to day and long-term roles.

If you or someone you know is interested in working with children aged 5-11 years both on a 1 to 1 basis and general support, then this may be the role you have been looking for!

We are looking for SEN TA\'s who can offer full-time work around Leeds. If you feel you could support pupils on a 1 to 1 basis or have previous experience in care, then Career Teachers would like to hear from you. As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will be required to:

• Work with children on a 1 to 1 basis in Primary School settings.
• Work full time hours which can vary between 8-4pm.
• Give support to other personnel within the setting.
• Help implement daily routines.
• Provide personal care to children.

Qualifications Required:

Desirable but not Essential:

• 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
• Level 2/3 Award in Support Work.
• Level 2/3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning. (Induction Training for Teaching Assistants & Support Staff).
• Level 2/3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
• Previous 1 to 1 experience with children.
• Fluent level of English, both spoken and written.

All quoted rates are inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay.
