Swimming Instructor

Role Purpose

Deliver safe, inclusive and structured swimming sessions that support regulation, confidence and skill development for neurodiverse learners.

Skills Required

Strong swimming ability and technical understanding Calm, patient and responsive teaching style Sensory aware practice and ability to support regulation Clear communication with learners and families Reliable, professional and attentive to safety
Pay: 22-28/hr

Support Worker

Role Purpose

Provide personalised support that promotes participation, safety and emotional regulation for neurodiverse children and young people.

Skills Required

Warm, patient and consistent approach Ability to adapt methods to individual needs Strong awareness of sensory needs and regulation strategies Good communication using visuals and simple language Reliable supervision and attention to safety Positive, supportive and team focused attitude
Pay: 18-23/hr

Note: Training will be provided if you lack direct SEN experience but should be eager to learn.

Pay: 22.00-32.00 per hour
