Primary & Secondary - SEND Based in Haringey Full-Time Daily Rate - 104 to 110
Empowering Learning Ltd is currently recruiting committed SEND Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming school in Haringey, London. We're looking for motivated, proactive individuals with experience supporting students with special educational needs, especially those on the autism spectrum.

The school prioritizes strong academic support, so the ability to effectively assist students with their learning is highly valued. Additionally, you'll play a key role in fostering an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere.

To be successful for this role you must:

Bring passion, enthusiasm, and a desire to work in SEND learning environments. Possess knowledge and experience with SEND students or a strong background in supporting individuals with autism. Have experience working in the education or care system, supporting either adults or children. Contribute meaningfully to the students' learning journey.

Job Responsibilities:

Assisting students in the classroom both individually and in groups Supervising children inside and outside the classroom Encouraging and supporting students in their learning Aiding the teacher in lesson preparation and activity planning
