Are you an experienced SEN Teacher? Do you have Qualified Teacher Status? If yes, then carry on reading we have the role for you! Career Teachers are recruiting SEN Teachers to work within an Alternative Provision School based in Shirebrook. The classes you will teach work on a 5:1 ratio. You will teach children and young people with a range of complex needs in education along side SEMH. This school is based around animal care and located within a farm. All students want to be outdoors in all weather conditions so this must be something you are comfortable with. Your role as an SEN Teacher is to ensure all pupils have positive outcomes with their learning and development. The successful candidates will: Have qualified teacher status Have an enhanced DBS on the update service or able to apply for one through Career Teachers Have experience teaching your own class Have a genuine interest working with Special Educational Needs Be calm and patient in your approachThis role offers an immediate start and on-going work.
